Playing Style

Aggressive all-court play. The Perseus shape suits players who attack with drives, counters and spin but still want a predictable response for drops, resets and dinks.

Singles or Doubles

Both. Its elongated profile adds reach and leverage for singles while remaining stable enough for aggressive counters and transition play in doubles.

Skill Level

Intermediate to advanced. Best for players with strong mechanics who can generate their own offense and benefit from the Pro V's more controlled power delivery.

Preference

Description

The Ben Johns Perseus Pro V pairs JOOLA's signature elongated Perseus shape with the more controlled, predictable power profile of the Pro V generation.

Rounded top corners help keep the sweet spot centered while the elongated profile provides extra reach and leverage for deep balls, sharp angles, drives and aggressive volleys.

The KineticFrame flexes and recovers through impact to help store and release swing momentum, supporting stable ball placement during fast-paced rallies.

This Blaze Red model is available in both 16mm and 14mm. The 16mm version adds dwell time and control, while the 14mm version feels quicker and more direct. Both use Ben Johns' preferred 4.25 in grip circumference.
