Where a manufacturer’s warranty applies, the warranty is provided and administered by the product’s manufacturer. Warranty coverage is separate from the Sports Circuit Return and Refund Policy.

Warranty periods, eligible defects, exclusions, documentation requirements and available remedies vary depending on the manufacturer and the product.

Sports Circuit can help customers identify the applicable warranty process and provide proof of purchase when available. Some manufacturers require claims to be submitted through an authorized retailer, while others require customers to contact the manufacturer directly.

The manufacturer makes the final decision regarding whether a claim is approved and whether the available resolution will be a repair, replacement, credit or another remedy permitted under its warranty policy.

Warranty Information by Product Category

How Manufacturer Warranties Work

A manufacturer’s warranty generally applies only to qualifying manufacturing defects arising during the applicable warranty period.

A warranty claim may require:

Proof that the product was purchased from Sports Circuit
The original Sports Circuit order number, receipt or customer information connected to the purchase
Clear photographs or videos showing the complete product and the claimed defect
Photographs of the serial number, hologram, batch number or other product identification
A description of when and how the issue occurred
Shipment or delivery of the product to Sports Circuit or the manufacturer for physical inspection

Submitting a claim does not guarantee approval. The product must be reviewed according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Common Warranty Exclusions

Unless the manufacturer’s policy states otherwise, warranties generally do not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic scratches, chips, scuffs or discolouration
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, impact or collision
Damage caused by improper storage, excessive heat, excessive cold or moisture
Damage caused by incorrect installation, maintenance, stringing or customization
Products that have been altered, repaired or modified without authorization
Strings, grips, balls, shuttlecocks and other consumable or replaceable components
Products with missing, altered or unreadable serial numbers or identification
Products purchased from another retailer, marketplace seller or unauthorized reseller

The applicable manufacturer’s warranty terms will determine whether a particular issue is covered.

Before Submitting a Claim

Before contacting Sports Circuit:

Stop using the product if continued use may cause additional damage
Do not dispose of the product or any broken components
Do not attempt to repair or modify the product
Keep the original receipt or Sports Circuit order number
Keep the original packaging when reasonably possible
Take clear photographs of the complete product, the defect and all relevant identifying information

Returns and Warranties Are Different

A return request concerns whether an eligible product can be returned within the Sports Circuit return period.

A warranty claim concerns a possible manufacturing defect and is reviewed under the applicable manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Warranty claims are not governed by the regular return period and do not automatically qualify for an immediate refund or replacement.

How to Request Warranty Assistance

Email admin@sportscircuit.ca and include:

Your full name
Your Sports Circuit order number or receipt
The product name, brand, model and applicable variation
A description of the issue and how it occurred
Clear photographs or videos of the complete product and defect
A photograph of the serial number, hologram, batch code or other product identification, when applicable

Important: Manufacturer warranty policies may change from time to time. Sports Circuit will make reasonable efforts to provide current information, but the manufacturer’s policy in effect for the applicable product and claim will govern.
