Any surcharge will be based on the order’s weight, dimensions, and delivery address, and an invoice will be sent after the order is placed.

This offer is valid only within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or other excluded areas.
If a customer asks the courier to change or update the delivery address after the package is already in transit, an address change fee will apply and the customer is responsible for paying it. If you would like to update your delivery address before the order ships, please email us with your order number.
If a package is lost, the maximum compensation available is $100. To reduce the risk of package loss, signature-required delivery is available for an additional fee. Please contact us for details.
Sports Circuit does not guarantee delivery dates for orders sent using free standard shipping. If you would like a quote for express shipping services, please contact us.

A standard racket box measures 29 x 12 x 3 inches and fits approximately 1 to 3 rackets, clothing, or accessories.
An additional surcharge may apply if your order exceeds 8 lbs or does not fit within the standard racket box dimensions.

Because inventory changes constantly through both in-store and online sales, some items may still be available to order even if stock levels are not updated live.
Popular ongoing products are not always manually stock-checked because they remain available to order from the supplier. In some cases, an item may sell out in-store and your order may be placed on hold until the next restock arrives.
If you need your order urgently, please contact us before placing it to confirm that all items are available in-store and can ship immediately within our standard handling time of 1 to 4 business days. Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. If you request rushed stringing service so the order can ship sooner, a rush fee may apply.
Cancellations are subject to a non-refundable handling fee.
Current models are generally stocked throughout the year and restocked weekly if unavailable in-store. If an item is sold out at the time of your purchase, we will contact you with the expected arrival date.
Sports Circuit cannot guarantee when an order sent by standard shipping will arrive. All delivery information provided is only an estimate. We encourage customers to place orders early to avoid delays caused by holidays, shipping carriers, or product availability. If you need your order to arrive sooner, please contact us for an express shipping quote.
Free shipping is only covered when your order meets the minimum qualifying amount. All items in the order, including pre-order items and items pending arrival at our store, must be shipped together.
If you would like part of your order shipped separately, additional shipping charges will apply to the second shipment unless your total order exceeds the minimum free shipping threshold twice.
Items that require special shipping because of their weight or dimensions may not be included in this offer.
IMPORTANT
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly. If any information is entered incorrectly or left out and the order has already shipped, you will be responsible for any carrier fees related to an address change.
When you receive your package, please inspect it for any delivery damage. If there is a problem, notify us right away. If no issue is reported within one week of receiving the package, it may be very difficult for us to submit a claim with the courier.

All orders, whether for shipping or pickup, are subject to our return policy. All returns are issued as store credit only. If you cancel an order, cancellation fees will apply. Full details are available in our return policy.
For in-store pickup, please wait until you receive a pickup notification before coming to the store, as orders are processed in the order they are received. Thank you.
Items will only be held for 3 months. After that period, the item will be returned to inventory for sale and the amount paid will be converted into store credit. If you are out of town and need us to hold the items longer, please email us.
Handling Time
The Sports Circuit team works hard to process and ship orders quickly. Some items may be sold out in-store but still available for purchase, which may require additional handling time while we receive restocked inventory from the supplier.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 4 business days, please contact us right away so we can check on your order.
Shipping Time
Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
Additional shipping fees and/or surcharges may apply to certain areas.
Ground shipping only operates on business days and does not include weekends or holidays. Any courier-related delays are outside the control of Sports Circuit.
If you would like to arrange express shipping, please contact us. Any delays caused by the courier, customs, or weather are beyond Sports Circuit’s control, and express shipping fees are non-refundable.
OUT OF STOCK Items
If an item is out of stock, Sports Circuit staff will email you with an estimated arrival time. If the item is unavailable from the distributor and we are unable to place the order, a full refund will be issued.
Damage During Transit
If products are delivered in damaged condition on a shipped order, customers must notify Sports Circuit immediately and provide photos of the damaged items as well as photos of the packaging from different angles within 48 hours of receiving the package. Customers must also keep all items and packaging materials until the investigation is complete. If nothing is reported within 48 hours of delivery, it may be very difficult for us to file a courier claim. Failure to provide the required information may result in the courier rejecting the damage claim, and no compensation will be available.
Package Loss / Missing Items / Services
If a package is lost in transit, such as when tracking shows it as delivered but the customer did not receive it, or when the tracking has not updated for an extended period, and package protection was purchased during checkout, the customer should use the package protection claim link provided at checkout to submit a claim.
If package protection was not purchased, please contact Sports Circuit immediately so that we can request an investigation with the courier. Sports Circuit must wait for the courier’s investigation report before deciding on the next step. Investigations generally take 12 or more business days, but the timeline is determined by the courier and is outside Sports Circuit’s control. In some cases, packages may still be delivered during the investigation period.
Sports Circuit must also be notified immediately if any items, services, or packages are missing from an order, and this must be done within 48 hours of delivery or within 48 hours of the delivery email being sent. We may request photos for verification.
