We want you to feel confident purchasing your badminton, pickleball and tennis equipment from Sports Circuit.

If you find a lower advertised price for an identical eligible product from an authorized Canadian retailer, Sports Circuit will review your request and match the competitor’s delivered price.

When You Can Request a Price Match

Price-match requests can be submitted:

• Before purchasing
• Within 30 calendar days of your Sports Circuit purchase

Before Purchasing

Contact Sports Circuit before placing your order and provide a link to the competitor’s product page.

Once the price and eligibility are verified, we may:

• Adjust the product price
• Provide a custom invoice
• Issue a single-use price-match code

Do not complete your order until the price match has been approved.

After Purchasing

Price-match requests submitted within 30 calendar days of the Sports Circuit order date may be approved as store credit for the verified difference.

Store credit:

• Has no cash value
• Cannot be applied retroactively to another order
• Cannot be used toward shipping, duties, taxes or customs charges
• Is issued in Canadian dollars

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, all of the following must apply:

• The competitor must be an authorized Canadian retailer for the applicable brand.
• The product must be brand new and identical to the Sports Circuit product.
• The brand, model, generation, colour, size, weight, grip size and included accessories must match.
• The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase.
• The competitor’s price must be publicly advertised and verifiable.
• The competitor must display the price in Canadian dollars.
• The competitor must be able to ship the product to the customer’s Canadian delivery address.
• The competitor’s delivered price, including shipping and mandatory charges, must be lower than the Sports Circuit delivered price before tax.
• The price-match request must be submitted before purchase or within 30 calendar days of the Sports Circuit order date.

Sports Circuit Price Adjustments

When Sports Circuit advertises a lower eligible price on the same product within 30 calendar days of purchase, the customer may request store credit for the difference.

This does not apply to:

• Clearance or final-sale reductions
• Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Week or similar limited promotional events
• Pricing errors
• Discount codes or private offers
• Bundle pricing or complimentary gifts
• Products that have become discontinued

Exclusions

The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

• Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace or other third-party marketplace sellers
• Retailers located outside Canada
• Unauthorized retailers or resellers
• Used, demo, refurbished, open-box or damaged products
• Clearance, liquidation, closeout or final-sale pricing
• Typographical, technical or pricing errors
• Competitor coupon codes
• Employee, member, club, coach, wholesale or volume pricing
• Financing promotions
• Loyalty-point offers
• Gift cards
• Services, including stringing and customization
• Free gifts, bundles or buy-one-get-one promotions
• Shipping-only promotions
• Products that are out of stock, backordered or available only for preorder
• Limited-quantity or invitation-only offers

Promotional Combinations

A price-matched product cannot be combined with:

• Another product or order discount
• A promotional code
• A complimentary gift
• A bundle promotion
• A loyalty or referral reward

Free shipping may still apply when the final order qualifies under the Sports Circuit Shipping Policy .

How to Submit a Request

Email admin@sportscircuit.ca and include:

• Your full name
• Your Sports Circuit order number, when applicable
• A direct link to the competitor’s product
• A screenshot showing the product, price and availability
• The colour, size, weight or other applicable variation
• The Canadian postal code to which the competitor would ship

Verification and Approval

Sports Circuit may contact the competitor or review the competitor’s website to verify the offer.

Sports Circuit reserves the right to reject requests that cannot be verified, do not meet these terms or appear to involve misuse of the policy.
