RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY
RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS
Sports Circuit provides a conditional 14-day return policy on products purchased at regular price only. The following items are excluded and are considered final sale, so they cannot be returned or exchanged: items purchased using promo codes or any type of a discount, gift cards, badminton shuttles, accessories, eyewear, body support products, socks, and hygiene-related items.
Products may be returned only if they are unused, meaning brand new and still with original tags and/or in their original packaging. Eligible returns can be made within 14 days of the purchase date, or within 14 days of the delivery date for shipped orders. The cost of return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Customers are also responsible for any customs or brokerage charges that may apply to the return shipment. Approved returns will be issued as STORE CREDIT ONLY. Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Store credit cannot be applied toward shipping, handling, customs, or brokerage charges.
Sports Circuit aims to offer the lowest possible prices. Because of this, any items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Gift cards, badminton shuttles, accessories, body support items, socks, and hygiene-related items, are also final sale and cannot be returned.
Returns are accepted only for items that are new, unused, and accompanied by all original packaging. Items that show any signs of use or that have opened packaging will not be accepted. Please contact us on admin@sportscircuit.ca to start the return process. Final return and refund decision rests with Sports Circuit.
There is no refund, exchange, or replacement for broken strings. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Please be aware that a minimum $5 handling and cancellation fee applies to any order cancellation, whether the order was placed in-store or online. For any cancellation or change request, please email us at admin@sportscircuit.ca and include your order number.
All refunds are issued as store credit only. This policy applies to both online purchases and in-store purchases.
If an exchange is approved, the replacement item is considered final sale and is not eligible for any additional returns or exchanges.
These charges apply because of credit card processing fees, handling time, packaging materials, and related costs.
How to Return
Please contact us before sending any order back. If products are returned to us without prior contact, and/or if the return is sent after the 14-day return period has passed, no refunds will be provided.
Rackets:
- The manufacturer’s plastic wrap on the handle must be untampered with, and all stickers and tags must still be attached exactly as they were when new. The original cover must also be included.
- Any racket that Sports Circuit was asked to string, grip, and/or stencil is treated as a customized racket and is not eligible for return.
- If a racket was ordered unstrung but was strung by a third party, it is considered used and is not eligible for return.
- Rackets that come pre-strung from the manufacturer may be returned only if the manufacturer’s plastic wrap remains intact on the handle and the strings show no signs of wear, damage, or use. Once used, the racket is no longer eligible for return.
Shoes:
- Shoes must be unworn, have all original tags attached, and be returned in the original box.
- We cannot accept shoes that show visible dirt marks. If they were only tried on indoors, please ensure the soles are clean before returning them.
- If the shoe box is returned damaged, including any tape placed directly on the box or writing on the box itself, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Custom Printing:
Because custom printing includes personalized names and/or logos, returns are not accepted.
All Other Items:
Items must be unopened, unworn, in their original packaging, and returned with all tags and/or stickers still attached. The item’s packaging must also be returned in the same condition, otherwise a 10% restocking fee will apply.
All returns must be sent back to Sports Circuit using prepaid shipping, meaning the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. The package must be insured and returned in the same packaging, or otherwise packed securely. If the item is damaged during return shipping, the buyer will need to make a claim with the shipping carrier’s insurance, and the item will no longer qualify for return. All return shipments must also have the order number clearly written on the outside of the box to help ensure smooth processing. Sports Circuit is not responsible for returns that are sent back without prior notice.
IMPORTANT:
- Sports Circuit is not responsible for any customs clearance charges or any other related fees.
- Returned packages will not be accepted until the customer has paid the applicable fees.
- All payments are processed in CAD, and all refunds are also issued in CAD. If you are purchasing from outside Canada, including the USA, the exchange rate in effect at the time of purchase or refund may differ from the amount originally paid in USD. Sports Circuit can provide store credit so you can retain the full value, however we are not responsible for any loss caused by currency exchange fluctuations.
