Badminton racquet repair enquiries
Help us understand the damage before you make the trip. Send clear photos and your racquet details so our team can discuss the available next steps.
Start with the details
Photograph the racquet
- A full view of both sides of the racquet.
- A clear close-up of the damaged area.
- Another angle showing nearby frame, strings or grommets.
- The model name and identifying details.
Tell us what happened
- The racquet brand and model.
- Where the damage is and when it appeared.
- Whether it followed a clash, impact or string break.
- Your preferred contact details and any deadline.
What happens next
Our team will discuss the damage and whether a closer inspection is needed. Repair options, pricing and turnaround depend on the condition of the racquet and the work involved.
Strings, grips & grommets
Describe whether the issue is with the string bed, grip or the small grommets that protect strings as they pass through the frame. This helps us understand the enquiry.
Cracks or frame damage
A damaged frame needs assessment before further use or restringing. Photos help explain the issue, but do not establish that a structural repair is possible.
Please confirm the available options, quote and timing with the team before leaving or sending your racquet.
